Case bound book covers are printed on either 100 lb. stock or leather, cloth or leatherette wrapped around heavy board. The paper stock covers can be either gloss or matte finish and can be printed using a custom design, as well as enhanced by adding one of our Diamond 3D options: foil, clear gloss or textures. Leatherette covers can be customized using Diamond 3D Foil. Cloth and leather covers can be foil stamped and paired with a full-color custom dust jacket. Diamond 3D coatings are also available for dust jackets.
All of our hardcover books use PUR adhesive, which is the strongest book binding adhesive available.
Case bound books can range from a minimum of 40 pages to a maximum of 1052 pages. Case binding is available for smaller page counts (16-40 pages) but is not recommended.
