We still haven't missed a deadline yet, but effective March 26, 2020, UPS suspended all of their on-time delivery guarantees. So we'll still print, bind, and ship, and UPS will still deliver, but you would be wise not to rely on getting your books on a specific date. Rest assured, we still make every effort to get all orders out by their deadline and again, we still haven't missed a deadline, and don't intend to now.
We have always prided ourselves on never missing a deadline, and getting high-quality books in our clients' hands when they need them is our highest priority. However, in these uncertain times, we must all do our best to help ease the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following recommendations from local authorities on social distancing and limiting public gatherings, and closely monitoring the ever-changing guidelines to ensure safety and wellbeing of our employees and clients.
We continue to navigate this situation together and would like to thank all our clients for their dedication and continued support of our business.
The situation is changing daily. We're still currently open and will process orders as quickly as possible. However, if we are asked to close down, this may affect the ship date of your order. If your order is already in production, we will contact you in the event that your ship date cannot be met.
